I had a very positive experience here. They have a huge selection of many different types of exercise equipment, but I personally was looking for a rowing machine. My 19-year old son and I went in to try out what they had, which was about 7 or 8 different rowing machines. Dave G. gave us good input and direction, but he didn't put any pressure on us to buy. I came in a second time (I take a while to make up my mind) to try the machines and he was welcoming and again didn't pressure me. When I decided to buy, it was on the weekend and I found out that Dave was off, but I had his card with his cell phone number and I contacted him and he was able to work it out so that there was a machine in the store for me on Sunday. Kurt B. was also friendly and helpful when I went in to buy. The exercise equipment they sell is high quality, which includes the Body Craft VR400 rowing machine that we purchased last week. Definitely recommend this store.

Very pleased with how easy it was to find just what our family needed. Dave is great and made the process very easy. Dave knows his products and doesn't make you feel pressured. If you need a piece of equipment, I would highly recommend stopping in the St Cloud store.
