Last spring my mom passed unexpectedly. My brother and I went and found a foot stone I paid for it in full in October. In November of 2015 I called them asking what was going on with the stone they told me their etching machine was down and were hoping to get it fixed later in the week. They didn't bother to tell me they were going out of business. Now I'm in the process of trying to get my 1090.93 back that I paid them for their services they knew they weren't going to honor when I called. They closed their doors and the only way I found out about it was by driving there and seeing the sign they put on their door. I thought bring they had been in business for over 90 years they were a safe company to work with. Instead of having a beautiful way to honor our mom we have the biggest also in the face. The better business bureau were not even able to contact them. They disconnected their phones and all mail and email is returned to sender. Very sad indeed.
