Oberg Roofing was wonderful to work with from start to finish. I was dreading having to do a new roof and these guys put me at ease. Their sales guy, Joe, did a great job communicating, following up on things, and answering all my questions. Their bid was lower and more thorough than their competitors which I appreciated. The crew showed up on time, were enjoyable to have around, and did quality work. They were efficient and were a pleasure to work with. We even had an older style of gutter on the garage and they came back with wedges to properly mount them with no extra charges. I appreciated that we could trust them to do quality work and I will absolutely use them in the future!
We recently had Oberg Roofing come out to our new home we're building to have gutters installed. From start to finish we experienced very professional customer service, and a quote back to us in a very timely manor. Installation was scheduled, work was performed and we are so incredibly pleased with the outcome. Oberg Roofing was by far one of the most reasonable quotes we received, and we are so happy with the looks and the design and location of downspouts. When my roof sustained damaged in a hail storm, replacing it was something I dreaded. I had heard multiple horror stories from friends and family in the area about certain roofing companies that come in and do mediocre work; adding hidden costs along the way and leave you disappointed. Needless to say, I was nervous. So, I did a little research and started looking at contractors in the St. Cloud area. I am so glad I started and ended with Oberg Roofing! Caleb was very personable and took the time to sit down with me and discuss my options as well as educate me about the different materials and techniques his team uses to ensure quality and longevity. He was very knowledgeable and honest with me when I had questions and always returned my calls in a timely manner. The installation process was quick and looks even more beautiful than I could have imagined, not to mention how impressed I am with my CUSTOM seamless gutters! I've gotten so many compliments from complete strangers just walking past the house! People think we spent a fortune on this update, but in reality, Oberg Roofing was very reasonable. The crew did an amazing job with the removal, installation and clean up. All around, I really can't say enough good things about this company, we couldn't be more pleased. Trust me, if you're looking for quality service, you have to call a quality company; and these guys are the real deal.
Good contacts & good communication. Crew did a professional job. Job took more than originally thought/quote. Still got it done with ease, and didn’t charge me any extra for materials or labor (which I was happy to pay as it took more). Very good professionalism.
