We used Premier Stone Design to do our kitchen remodel as well as 3 bathrooms. I met with Tammy at their showroom and she was very helpful in picking out the quartz for out kitchen. They have many remnants and we used them for our vanities which we did all in granite. Our project was measured and installation was set for 2 week later , just in time for Thanksgiving. Matt, Steve and Steve were very pleasant and did a great job putting in the countertops. We love how beautiful they are! We couldn't be any happier with our process.

We received Premier Stone Design as a reference from a friend and I am so thankful. My husband and I received a professional and personal experience. Matching counter tops to our floor seemed like a never ending chore but when we met with Tammy she assisted in the selection process and picked out an amazing piece for our bathroom. It was such a relief! The two gentleman that came to install were professional and courteous. There was a slight hiccup first time out with a measurement issue but Premier was quick to fix it and back out in 4 days! That to me was impressive because it was right before the 4th of July. Lastly, we found Premier Stone Design to be the most cost effective for us compared to other local granite installers. So happy that we choose them for our design!

Wish I could give them 5 stars, but unfortunately, we have spent over 5k with Premier Stone and we’re not satisfied with the finished product. We hired Premier Stone to install our quartz countertop and full quartz backsplash for our kitchen remodel. And, if I had it to do again, I would have gone with another company. I received quotes from several places, and I made my final decision on who to go with based on the product, quality, pricing and install dates. Unfortunately, I feel that they did not come through on their promises. I was told that the counter would be installed one week, and the backsplash would be installed the following. The counter install occurred on July 8th, yet the backsplash was not installed until July 30th (nowhere near the following week, but three weeks later). Of course, these delays caused a delay to the entire project, and I had to reschedule and live with our kitchen tore up for longer than anticipated. But I guess I would have been more understanding with the delays if the finished product were amazing, which it’s not. Our backsplash has three very noticeable seams in the stone, where it was pieced together. When I contacted the owner via text to let him know about our dissatisfaction, I was ignored. So, weeks later I sent an email, which prompted a response from Tim. He completely disregarded all of my concerns and did not even come out to my home to look at the finished project. For a company that prides themselves on their work, it is disappointing that they would not take the time to look at the customers concerns.
