I Understand your “mask policy” but when someone has a health issues with wearing a mask, calling security and having them fallowed around is a bit much. Staff needs to grow up and be trained in what customer service is.

Couldn't even get in the door without a mask. I have a severe breathing issue and cannot wear one. They told me I could shop online. After that, they don't deserve my business. Way to go Spencer's.
