This was my first purchase from Tenvoorde Ford and working with Noah has been great experience. He's always been there to answer any and all questions I have had regarding my purchase. He was very professional and we'll respected individual and will go above and beyond the expertise to keep his customers satisfied! They send a promotional piece in the mail with a pull tab type thing attached to it. According to our pull tab we should have won a price compared to 100000 cash or 2 new vehicles. We get there the guy says that nobody wins that, its about selling cars. Trys to tell me to give my car back to the bank and buy one from them because I am not going to get what I owe out of it. I would never give them my business. Don't waste your time on this scam.
The service here was great!! I came here knowing I needed an upgrade from my previous car but not exactly sure what I was looking for , and thankfully I was able to work with Angie Johnson!! She was able to answer every question I had and her overall quality of service was just fantastic , she never made it seem like she was just trying to sell me a car, but like she truly cared about helping me find what I needed! I highly recommend speaking with her so she can help you just as well as she helped me!
Such a great dealership with passionate salesman. Zach Stumpf is by far the best salesman there. We have checked in with him periodically about deals when our vehicles are due for upgrades and he is always extremely helpful. He is very laid-back and chill and not “pushy” at all. He’s honest about what he can/can’t do for us and doesn’t waste our time. He ALWAYS goes the extra mile for his customers and is passionate about helping people out. He’s funny too which is always a plus when doing something serious like buying a car. Highly recommend Zach! He’s knowledgeable and just a great guy to work with. See you this fall for my upgrade Zach!!
