I picked one, and it got to me in time. She handled the entire transaction very well. We will definitely shop there again.

I have ordered from Wakeboss 4 or 5 times already this Wakeboard season. They are very prompt with responding to questions, filling orders, and shipping. I had an issue with my order I placed at 2230 and 0830 in the morning they called to resolve the issue. Super pleasant customer service and very knowledgeable in what they sell! They have a customer for life with me, thank you Wakeboss! Shout out from Fort Worth, Texas! Keeping slapping that Wake up in Wisconsin!

This was an expensive purchase and we were told that everything would be taken care of, including putting our lift next to the new dock. We had to pay the entire price up front and then they sent us an additional bill after the install which was suppose to be included. Would never recommend them to anyone I consider a friend. Overpriced and under deliver!

I was beyond impressed with the customer service from Wakeboss. I placed an order with them online over the wknd, they called me the next week to confirm that I had ordered everything I needed for my dock. I have never had an online company call me to make sure I didn't order too much, too little, or the wrong parts. The woman I spoke with told me to expect the shipment to take a few weeks, as I ordered a few random parts for a Floe dock, but they arrived in one week with everything present. I love this place!
