WOW! This morning I called Alpha Concrete and Jesse the owner answered the phone. My project for my patio and sidewalks is scheduled for the end of May possibly beginning of June. I hope the work he does is comparable to his excellent customer service provided today! It’s a challenge these days to find people that know how to provide that level of customer care! He listened, asked many questions, suggested ideas and design opitions. He was the first company I called and will be the last! Thank you Jesse for taking the time to hash out the details this morning, it was a pleasure meeting you and look forward to starting this deal in the next month or so!
