The program at Cinnamon Hills has been the perfect treatment plan for our son. He has shown so much improvement over a year of treatment that I am happy to recommend the program and staff of Cinnamon Hills. The staff is caring and helpful, and I could go on and on about all the positive interactions that we as parents have had with so many staff members. We always felt included in the treatment plan for our son, and we were regularly communicated with about his therapeutic progress and goals. The staff truly cares about our son and his future. During the first few months that he was at Cinnamon Hills, our son needed frequent attention for his problematic behaviors, and there were times when he needed to learn from the consequences of his poor choices. With the accountability and structure built into the Behavior Management program, he was able to learn how to behave appropriately. Then he was placed in the Life Skills program to learn how to function in a setting that prepares him for life when he graduates. Cinnamon Hills has developed a very effective program for youth who need structure and accountability, and this has helped our son to develop the pro-social behaviors that he needs to be successful in the future. I highly recommend Cinnamon Hills!!!

As a former employee I can tell you that every room, every office in that facility is wired for video and or sound. All staff live in fear of their dictator and if anyone speaks out of turn they are immediately fired or "let go". Man in question has stated directly to me "I have a lot of money and lawyers. People can sue all they want, they will run out of money before I do."

As a former staff I can say that I loved working there. I had to leave for personal reasons but I would have stayed longer if possible. Working with the students was honestly the most rewarding part. Yes Cinnamon Hills is very strict but it is a program to help kids. The point is to take them out of the environment they were having trouble in and HELP them to better themselves. Rules are put into place for a reason there. They are taught discipline and respect. There are some staff that can get carried away in their position but they are taken care of right away. I feel for the staff because they work 14 hour days and that could be tough for anyone.

this is not a safe place for everyone to be at because my brother was at cinnamon hills for 6months and he has eye problems now with the cornea. He was fine and this place destroy him. They're supposed to take care of kids not hurt them. And now he needs a cornea transplant
