It was a 5 star experience with Lexus of Smithtown. All my questions were answered thoroughly and efficiently especially when my enform remote start wasn’t working. Abbas from the dealership was super patient and amazingly helpful. He walked me through all his answers and went as far as offering to come out to my home to help troubleshoot the issues. It was handled in a timely manner and Abbas was able to get everything working properly! I am more than happy with what Lexus of Smithtown has provided from a customer satisfaction perspective and I will definitely be coming back!

Service Department at Lexus of Smithtown is top notch. Very customer service orientated. Make you feel valued. Raymond took time out to explain everything about my remaining warranty on my Lexus. Took my car in quickly. Past 5 years have always been a great experience at service. Just a great overall experience. I’m a loyal Lexus owner and will only buy Lexus . Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the preowned Lexus department. I tried to buy a Lexus from them just after Christmas 2020 and sales person (Vinny) was just awful. I winded up buying a Lexus from another dealership. It will be serviced at Lexus because their service is second to none.

My experience at Lexus of Smithtown was amazing!!!! My salesperson was Bill and he made the process easy and seem less. My tech specialist was Abbas and he took the time to explain every aspect of my new cars technology. Trust me, he had a lot of patience with me and my lack of technology experience!! I almost feel like an expert now. This is my second successful purchase with Lexus of Smithtown and couldn’t have been happier!!!!!

My fourth new Lexus (this time was a 2020 Lexus RX350 F Sport) and as always an outstanding experience. I loved all four of my new Lexus cars but the overall experience at Lexus of Smithtown has really solidified my choice every time. I have been working with Bob Rossworn for over 10 years and buying a new car is always a great experience with him. If you are interested in a great experience from start to the finish line (ha!) this dealership and Bob Rossworn is your man! I would also like to add that Denise in Finance was a pleasure to deal with as well. I always recommend my friends and family to this dealership and will continue to do so. Thanks again!
