My response to Ms. Erving: Ms. Erving, as I am aware you are very charismatic and this is an absolute talent of yours. You are absolutely correct when stating "you explained your role in the arrangements of my mother" however, you were my go-to and the point person in which all my communication and transactions were handled. To quote my text before the last one sent "do not contact me via phone, please reply to my request in writing". This indication was made because as I send my request in writing you and Mr. Whitfield respond by calling and falsely indicating what your follow up actions will be. As you state here my programs have been corrected and were ready to ship however, your informed me Sunday August 15, 2020 "I'll let you know when your envelope is heading your way", I have not received that notifications to-date. Ms. Erving you have my mailing address and email address. My payments were sent directly to you as you represented Whitfield funeral services. Since you have publicly stated that my documents are ready for shipping please send them to me. Upon receipt will gladly update my review. I appreciate your prayers and I am praying for you. Dana
