Brianna S. was extremely helpful, patient, professional and responded to any question in a timely manner that I asked in an email. During the purchasing transaction and going over the paperwork for new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertop she worked past the time she normally gets off which was appreciated she showed excellent customer service skills. We did have their carpenter check measurements and he was off by 3 inches with where cabinets will end at our soffit. It was not a big deal since we had a little extra room and cabinets did not go pass the soffit, it could have been a bigger deal for other people. The kitchen cabinets were boxed neatly and strapped. None of the boxes were damage which were taken care of carefully. Some minor issues, two cabinets didn’t come with soft closing hinges and one small 12” cabinet was broken at the end, but Schillings replaced it and gave the 2 soft closing hinges. The counter tops are from Granite & Marble Depot took 4 weeks, it would have been nice if it only took a week, but that is outside the hands of Schillings. Also, they will claim they will call you back for scheduling, do not be surprised if they do not you have to constantly call them none stop. The installers for the counter tops did do an excellent job installing them. Overall happy with Schillings – great customer service, great quality.
