I called for an appointment and it was suggested I go in as walk-in. I didn’t mind because I had errands to run around Durbin. I was greeted by Dylan with manners and such professionalism. It was refreshing to see this level of customer service at a tire place. I inquired about wiper blades and he didn’t try to up sell me only what I did and did not need. It was an overall pleasant experience. I wish they offered more car services so I can come back for more than just tires. I will be back.

Got to say as painful as buying tires is, that coming back for service has been fantastic. Paul was the first person I spoke with when my car had to be towed in (no spare) and he was very helpful and didn't try to sell me on anything in my desperation. The tire was overnighted and I recieved a call earlier today scheduling an appointment for this evening. As I was pulling in one of the other techs was already out the door to greet me. I definitely recommend Discount Tire and this location specifically. This level of service is rare and makes me feel like I invested more than new shoes for my car.
I came in for new tires 5 minutes to close on a Friday, expecting to leave my car and get it the next day. They went above and beyond and got it done right then and were done in 30 minutes. The guy at the counter, Tanner, was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was able to find the warranty on my old tires and saved me a decent amount of money on my new tires. Very professional young man. Need to give this guy a raise!
Excellent Customer service and follow up throughout the process. Was able to procure and install tires that were not only difficult to find But difficult to install. Highly recommended!
Got right in and did a great job. Will is very helpful and went beyond on helping me out with my wheel. Would recommend this place for any tire needs. All employees are ready to work.
I bought a set of 4 tires for my truck from this location. After installation I noticed a small issue with the work they performed. After bringing it to their attention, Will and Dillon went above and beyond to rectify the problem. Their customer service was top notch and they made sure to over correct for the very small issue that I had. They most certainly made a customer for life.
This is by far the best store I've ever been too. I'm kinda glad I got a flat tire because now I know of this amazing location. Not gonna lie all other discount tires had left bad taste in my mouth. Today I realized every location is different. The staff here are so friendly, not pushy, no pressure...... knowledgeable as well as fast! Shane specially went above and beyond and just because of him I will bring all my future business here. He really went above and beyond! Thank you for pleasant experience
Dear who ever is in charge, If your reading this you need to give Dylan B. a raise/promotion right now! I called the store just looking for a quote on a set of Nitto mud tires on Friday evening and Dylan worked with me over the phone trying to figure out what size tire we could fit on my truck and he was able to get a set ordered from Texas I think it was, and he and the boys at discount tire had them on my truck Tuesday evening! Dylan is the man! Great experince working with him and everyone else at this Discount Tire.
