Our salesman was Jeremy Higgins. He went above and beyond for us and got us a car that our 16 year old daughter loves! He listened to everything we wanted and were we wanted to be in pricing and he made it happen. So here's the thing. I usually don't leave my opinions about things on these sights because it sometimes turns into a debate on how you were wrong or right. This is a reason i would debate. Anderson Ford has been the place that my family has gotten cars from for years i believe is been 5 cars total. In the years that we dealt with AF we've had guys that were pushy and guys that were great. Well the guy that i dealt with his name was Seth. This guy i tell ya what if i were a rich man and just wanted to buy a bunch of cars, he would be my dude. What i liked about Seth was 1. He wasn't pushy and explained very clearly. 2. I had my nephews with me and he interacted with them which made me feel like i wasnt just a mark on the wall for a sale. 3. He was pretty funny and had a conversation even after the deal was done. I went in to get a truck but they didn't have one that was in my price, but the car i got is practically new. I hope he is still working there when i go back for a truck. What's even better is how well they service your vehicle after the purchase. I normally don’t go to the dealership for service, always thought it would be more expensive or would be pressured to buy a new car. Being a single woman I have become accustomed to car repair places trying to sell me something more than I needed. My experience with Anderson Ford was opposite of what I thought!! Fast friendly service, very cost effective, and finished sooner than I expected!! I would definitely recommend them.
