Will never use the St. Joseph Mo. Location again. I was a few hours late returning the car , I called them in advance and explained why I was running behind. When I checked the car in I was then informed that I would be paying for an entire additional day, because I was late.

the staff was friendly, and helpful in a time of need. had a bad accident, and the insurance company of the person who hit me wanted to give me a small car, and I'm a tall guy. the staff talked to the insurance company and got me a larger sized car at no extra cost to me. thanks enterprise!
From the greeting when I walked in the door, to the final checkout process, everything at this facility was fantastic. The employees were friendly, and knowledgeable. The service was fast, and efficient.
I rented a vehicle from enterprise they was very great they even checked on me when I was out of town to make sure my car was doing ok and if I needed anything thing. It was the first time I ever rented a vehicle and I would differently rent from them again. Price was very reasonable and it was just a great experience. Enterprise employees was very polite and fast at getting the paper work done.
The workers were helpful and took in consideration as to what I needed and wanted. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Was in and out in less then 10 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone.
