Never ordering or buying a thing from here. Not even a pencil. Ordered a printer/fax machine. Four days after it was supposed to be delivered and I had to call the 800 number (no manager at the local store would pick up the phone) to find out where it was.They said it was “missing while in transit”. Never received a call or email about this and wanted to do very little to correct or remedy the situation. I lost four days of business because of this. If I could give them a negative rating, it would be a -10.

Went into office Depot this afternoon to make some copies. The associates were getting friendly and helpful. The self serve copier was very user friendly and the price per page was reasonable.
We needed a new printer since our last one got busted when moving. We went and bought a nice HP one and its working fine, we got the warranty because these printers are un-predicable and one day they work and the next they are busted.
I went to their website searching for a wireless keyboard and mouse and found what I wanted. Called them to make sure it was in stock. When I got to the store, two employees led me to what I wanted. And I also asked about magnetic sheets that I had bought there more than 10 years ago, and a woman led me right to them. Great knowledged and helpful employees!
