Friendly but so far I've waited three weeks for a part that I still haven't gotten
like
Courteous and handled things great given the current pandemic.
Mechanic was very informative and clear in explaining the cause of malfunction. Also very helpful. Good man.
Tech left without assembling all parts of my dishwasher. Had no way to contact him directly to bring him back to finish the job. Spent over an hour on the phone getting the run around from call centers who clearly weren't local. All they could offer was another appointment in 2 weeks. UNACCEPTABLE!
With the exception of having to reserve the entire day because you \system\ cannot schedule a.m. or p.m.... the service was excellent. I have all my applicances under warranty and it is difficult to imagine using those warranties as I had intended since I must remain tied to the house to do so.
