First of all today is 2/7/2021 and barely 2* outside with snow. I have been at this place for almost 3 years and nothing gets fixed when it needs to and when it does whoever does fix never leaves a proper notice of even being inside the premises which I was told multiple times before they are always supposed to leave one but have failed to do so and have no proof/evidence of things actually getting fixed or done. If i could leave a picture of my closed living room windows that have snow covered on them along with my heater saying that its 70* but currently only 65* you better believe I would!!!

I have called this place home the last year, now I can't get out of here fast enough. There was a huge difference noticed when they took away the managers ability to care for her property the way she was doing, an awesome job at that, once she was no longer allowed to do what needed done this place really went down fast. Now they made the biggest mistake of all, the wrong decision in so many ways, this place will never be the same. I don't even feel comfortable leaving my home now as I am in fear personal items may be missing when I return home, can never voice my concern or complaints as the whole complex will be alerted and retaliating will start. Favoritism at it's finest will began and once you see who is the favorites you will understand why and questions or concerns will be disregarded. What was once home is now a place I can't get my family out of fast enough.....

Office personal cant ever be reached when calling the office no one returns calls back. This place is a joke. When someone finally answered an I told them what was going on they said they couldnt get in the middle of it an address the issue. Really your tenant tore the screen off of my son's window to get in my apartment to have an affair with my husband. An theres nothing you can do? She tore up your property first off. An 2nd of all she had no right entering my appartment. And 3rd of all shes making it a hostile living environment. Something needs done to her. Naomi Henderson bld 2 apartment 11 is who tore up the screen an had an affair with my husband. And it's very noisy.

Currently live here. Christina the property manager is GREAT. Will do everything in her power to make sure you're happy with your apartment & will quickly get maintance there if something is wrong. She is so pleasant, as well as the leasing agent.. these girls are wonderful. A nice neighborhood & very nice apartments.

I lived here from 2011-2016 . At first living here was wonderful, near the end it end up being not liveable , they started allowing people who pay no rent or not full rent . That caused some not all but some people to not appreciate living at Chapel Ridge . I had people above me , make so much noise I couldn’t sleep till 3 am , kids on the second floor throw pumpkins at me and people also spit off the balcony near me . So gross . Another issue was the 24 hour notice where they put the notice on my door at 5 pm and they came over at 9 am the next day not a 24 hour notice. Also the maintenance guy seen me naked bc he came into my apartment while I was in the shower . Anyway , the office people was wonderful with my complaints and generally cared . I know there is new management now so I can’t say how living there now is .
