My husband went to have a propane take filled. The lady working walked out side in a very light jacket in 5weather, told him she couldnt fill it cause the tank was broke so she couldn't. He told her its not broke its been filled a couple weeks prior, she insisted it was and he needed to leave cause shes not doing it. So my husband left and went and got the \broken tank\ filled elsewhere. She was very rude and hate full during the whole interaction.

I’m not sure where to begin with our experience with Uhaul but 1 star is all they deserve at this point. My girlfriend reserved a storage unit a month in advance only to be told it may not be available when she walked into the office. Then to make matters worse she was given a keycard to gain access into the building that didn’t work because they claimed they were having system issues. That’s understandable so the manager Ricky told us on Thursday that by Sunday when we planned on moving larger items that the keycard or PIN number would work. Low and behold come Sunday afternoon the keycard, the PIN number and the clicker to open the garage door All was denied. To make a long story short if the manager wouldn’t of guaranteed the situation would be resolved and just communicated with us that they were still having system issues then maybe they would get 3-4 star rating. He couldn’t even do that! Instead we had to continue to drive back on forth from the office to the storage unit in order to be let in the building. You could not pay me to rent from this place again.
These guys helped us when uhaul corporate totally messed up our reservations. I'd suggest just calling them directly! Very nice helpful people
Waste of time. Walked into the place to buy at wardrobe box and a flat screen cover. One customer at the counter and three people behind the desk. Stood there for ten mins before finally walking out. They just lost a 1,000 sale as I am moving to CO in November. Guess I will get my truck from somebody else. What a joke
