Just left this location! Unprofessional is an understatement! The lady working the front desk came outside and lit a cigarette right in the vicinity of three waiting customers. She then made the statement, "It will be a while because the system just went down. And I ain't even mad because I am ready to go." The audacity! People are trying to take care of important business and this woman is the front face of this office. Get it together people!!!!

terrible service and they even don't want you to ask one more question. I am kicked out for a random reason (the signature problem which is not a problem last time), after the manager told the front lady you gotta be quick the line outside is long

They somehow rearranged my name on my license. The mailing address has my name right, my documents were all good but now I have a REAL ID drivers license that is wrong. They want me to pay them to fix it. The usual dmv service issues, but thats normal. I will pay some other office to fix it.

It saddens me to see the effort that went into paying for or creating fake reviews. I've had the worst customer service experience here. I was very detailed when telling them what i needed even after being yelled at. The clerk was playing Future Hendrix out loud on her phone while working with me. She charged me for the wrong id card, now i have to go back there when i really really dont want to go back at all, this is such an inconvenience.

They are VERY, VERY, VERY careless and impatient. The first time I went there for a permit, the lady in the front desk did not even make sure whether I had graduated or not and just told me to prepare more documents for a second visit. I went back and checked online and found that she assumed that I hadn’t graduated and I actually had all the documents needed at first. Because I do not have a car yet, I need to make sure that next time I go, I will get everything done. When I called the office today to confirm that I have all the documents ready, the lady hang up my phone during the call. Super bad experience! Should I thank them for answering my phone at least?

I went to the office 3 times in one day just to get my license,the first staff said my document is acceptable,but when it’s my turn,the other staff said it’s not a complete doc and there should be another 4th time for me reentering the office,thanks to I brought more documents that is necessary!It spent me whole daytime just to get the license!crazy!when entering the office just pull the number paper otherwise you would be waiting forever!

It wasn't terribly bad. So much has changed with this Cov.19 and its current location. There's so much paper work needed so I'd say when you go take your entire Life with you. Birth Certificate..Driver License..Current Utility Bill..(actually 2 current bills)..Bank Statement ..Everything so you won't have to return. The old location was better. But they move you through pretty quick cause only ten people are allowed in at one time.
