Horrible! Unorganized and Hood! I will stop doing business with companies that use FedEx!
Tracking showed delivery date of 3/3. Never came. At end of day on 3/3 tracking date disappeared and showed pending delivery. Next morning on 3/4 tracking showed on the truck for delivery. Around 5pm I checked again, this time tracking showed estimated delivery 3/5. How? How do we go from on the truck for delivery to a whole new delivery date?? I called FedEx and spoke with a supervisor who tells me yes the delivery is late, unfortunately it was left on the dock this morning...At this point I've lost all confidence in FedEx. I ask her for the FedEx pickup location address and hours of operation. She gives me the address but cant confirm when they close because no one is answering the phone. This is a prime example why UPS, Amazon and even USPS are miles above FedEx when it comes to delivery and customer service.
I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. After going back and forth with this location for 3 days about the location of a package, I received a call from a representative telling me my package was out for delivery 2/20. After gave me the wrong address and wrong name, here we are 2/21 and still no package! The correct information is NEVER given! The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. I will NEVER do business with FedEx again. I will file a complaint with corporate as well as the company who shipped the package. I feel the issue wouldn’t be as bad if the customer service didn’t suck as bad as it did either. Every agent that I have spoken with at this location has been absolutely difficult to deal with.
