My first experience with the Forest and Meadow product line was from a local gift shop that was selling the products. I was surprised to notice a difference in such a short period of time after using the tincture. I checked out the store shortly after. I have had two of the abdominal massages and also a couple consultations. I really cant express how much the abdominal massage helped me. I love the tinctures and have noticed positive differences in my mood, energy, sleep, and overall health. The shop is located in a super cute area of town. Walkable to other shops and several cafe's. There are more exciting things happening on the street. Its just awesome seeing this historic area come back to life. The shop has a great herbal book selection, essential oils, children's options, organic clays, and all with reasonable prices. Amanda genuinely strives to help everyone who walks through her doors. The shop is very clean, hepa filters running throughout, masks required, and clients limited. Its overall just a very nice and comfortable experience.

The staff is always so nice and helpful. We actually come here to see our midwife. However, we often end up needing herbs or arrive early to wait for appointments. I love that they have a natural handmade hand sanitizer at the door to clean hands with. Also, if there is trouble with the way a blend tastes they can make it different to help it go down better. They have items they make on the spot as well as others premade and shipped it. Another thing I love is this place is owned and run by women! And they all work together so well in their own way but every service complements the other.

I love this place! Can't wait til it is safe and businesses are all open again. The hug your heart tea is amazing. I've been on medicine for sleep for years but thankful to have found a product like her sweet sleep tea that helps my mind be at ease before sleep and helps me to sleep better. Amanda is very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place!

I have tried many many other products on the market, but in my opinion, nothing compares to the high quality products that Forest & Meadow produces. They use superior organic ingredients. I started using their Elderberry Syrup one year ago when I was already sick. It definitely shortened the cold/sickness time. In October, I started taking 1 tablespoon daily after my child kept bringing home all the germs and sickness from school. If my husband or child picks something up, I up my dose to 1 tablespoon in the morning and 1 in the evening. If I am already sick, I take 1 tablespoon every 3-4 hours. This stuff is seriously AMAZING. I am happy to report since October I have not gotten sick once. Everyone around me at home and work has been sick, not me. I don't think I can even thank Amanda enough! If you are looking for something to help with sickness in your house, I totally recommend the Elderberry Syrup from Amanda at Forest & Meadow. She is beyond accommodating. She even filled an order for me while boarding a plan for vacation!

I had an enlarged lymph node that left the area around it irritated and sore along with a loss of my voice. After ruling out Covid-19, strep throat, and ear infection, my doctor offered me antibiotics to see if it would get better. Instead of taking them, I called and did a phone consult with Amanda (with a raspy voice) who made me my own blend of tinctures to address my condition along with other supportive tea and vitamin recommendations. By the next morning my voice was back. Over the next few days, my swollen lymph steadily decreased. I truly appreciate that Amanda could offer me plant medicine to help my body heal itself. I feel secure knowing that her clinical expertise and herbal medicine is available to me.
