Called to get some pricing. Very rude on the phone and completely unhelpful. Their loss. Even gave them a 2nd chance and called back later in case the person was just having a bad morning, same rudeness. Went and ordered from a company online instead. They need to work on their customer service. They lost out on about 12k in annual supplies needed.
