Always friendly service, helpful for the novice and the expert. Prices are great, too. Good place!

I just recently discovered this store and I’m so happy that I did. They fixed 2 of my machines and I do believe everyone that was working the 2 times that I’ve been in spoke to me. Their customer service is impeccable and this is definitely my new go to for sewing supplies, machine maintenance and repair. They fixed both machines for a fair price and the 2 gentlemen that worked on my machines both came out and explained what the problems were. I really can’t say enough good about my experience with all of the employees that I’ve encountered. I really appreciate their exceptional customer service and being treated like they were glad to see me and they had known me forever. I will definitely be back again and again. Thank you again!

My machine experienced a problem so I called to find out how much for service and how long of a wait. I was told that since I bought my machine from them that it would be 125 and 2-3 weeks. So we dropped it off. When I got there I was told that it would be 150. I held my ground and got it for 125. When I had called the lady I spoke with did not ask what kind of machine I have and I was informed there that they don't handle Pfaff any longer. And so this means what? Five days later they called that it was done. I'm thrilled. Brought it home, threaded it, started sewing....5 stitches and it jammed. Rethreaded it and checked bobbin two more times. Nope. Took it back. \How old is your thread?\ asked one lady. Really? A different lady helped me (very nice), agreed I should not have had to return. Four days later, done. This time it works okay so far. I will never set foot in that store again. They act all high and mighty. They are overpriced and snooty. Not my kind of place. I was raised to treat people nicely. I don't feel I was treated that way except by the one person who checked me in the second time. They seem more concerned with selling machines than fixing an issue. Poor customer service to me. I'm done.

I'll be honest, I've lived in South County pretty much my whole life, and just discovered this place a couple of weeks ago. Very nice shop, great selection of machines as well as fabric. They had much more in that store than I would have guessed. I love to quilt and do a lot of fabric shopping and to not know about this place right in my backyard all this time!

I have gone into this store several times. I want to shop local and support small business. Well this store is why on line shopping is going well. I want to purchase a beginner machine. Under 2k which is still alot of money for me. No one knew how to work the machine. But i should pay more because you can get lessins from them. The had a price much higher than I was seeing elsewhere. I ask if they would match the price. After much rudeness they agreed, but said it would take weeks to gey. The staff is rude. But the owner is the rudest. Wont ever go back.
