I like hallmark ornaments, I was looking for previous years ornaments one really nice lady was helping my boyfriend and I with what we were considering purchasing. Asking about a previous years ornament another lady came over being hostile telling the lady helping us she was wasting her time with us told me they didn't have any previous years ornaments. Even though they did. I have no idea why this lady was so venomous but I put back every thing I had my boyfriend put back all the stuff he was going to buy and we left content to make our hallmark purchases online. I feel very sorry for the lady that was originally helping us she was so nice and professional this other lady was a huge bully just came over to argue with us and the the employee she was wrong. When the bully lady was the one who was totally ignorant of the situation and of the stores inventory and of the nature of the ornaments we were looking at. As well as the intention of my questions I'm far more likely to buy an expensive ornament if it's older not currently being made. I seriously hope the owner of this store puts you in your place for being a jerk and if you are the owner you seriously need to rethink the way you talk to people.
