Dan at Johnson's Fitness and Wellness store was great. We had a lot of questions and he was very honest in his answers. We spent a long time there testing out many machines. Dan cleaned everyone of them for us to test out, with no complaints. We bought an elliptical machine and I know he gave us the best price possible without dickering like a used car salesman. No high pressure sales tactics used; just complete up front service to his customers.

Walked in with my family fully ready to buy a stair stepper. We priced it out made a decision and decided to go to Johnson fitness and wellness to purchase it. My mother walked in went straight to the counter and started asking questions. The man behind the counter made no effort at all to answer any questions. He sat behind the counter ignored the ringing phone and did not say a word to any of us. This worked out perfectly as we went down the street to Best Buy and had them place an online order for one.
