I saw Kip when my son's car battery or engine light came on around 5pm on 1/28/2021- Page Ave. He said he would return in approx. 1hr because he had a vehicle on his truck and had one more appt. He said where is the vehicle going for repairs, took the keys, gave us his business card, delivered the car, filled out the form for the drop box, took the payment over the phone, placed the receipt with it. We went home after providing him with the key. Kip was very nice and professional to my son and me at an unexpected moment. It was like he appeared at the right time & place. :) He had the best price as well. Thanks Kip.

Kip is awesome! I had a battery issue over the weekend in a Prius. Thought I needed a tow to the dealership, and gave him a call for a tow. He was there is about 10 minutes and had the car running in about two minutes after he arrived. Programmed his number into my phone and planning to call him again when I need anything.
Kip was very professional and eager to help me out When I was stranded on the road. He was there in minutes and had my car loaded and ready to rock in just a few minutes. He went the extra mile to put this car in my garage with no problems. He helped me when AAA left me stranded. I highly recommend This towing Service to everyone.
I ran out of gas on Interstate 55. Looked up the closest towing company near me. Kip answered the phone and rather than making the money himself. He let me know he would be happy to bring me the gas or he could get it delivered at no cost to me by modot. He even placed the call for me and helped me get it set up. Thank you for your kindness Kip! You will be remembered and will be my first call for services in the future! Compassion for customers over money, priceless!
I sat and waited 2 hours for another tow company. Called him there in 15 minutes as promised. He is friendly and gave me a good deal on towing. Even the dealership was impressed with him and asked him for business cards. Will definitely use again and I highly recommend.
