First thing I do is turn on the TV and change the channel to #1- channel 2. I was sad to hear of the issue of Mr. Steincross. We all, have at one time or another did or said something that hurt someone else. WE ARE ALL GUILTY OF IT !!! Everyone of us. What can make us better than the person who has hurt the other,is very simply FORGIVENESS !!! I'm not saying forget,but forgive. Let them know you were HURTING by their actions, in a easy gentle way. Firing him does nothing but put him,his family without a means of support. But most of all, would feed your sense of revenge! Be the bigger person, FORGIVE HIM. I PROMISE YOU WILL FEEL BETTER FOR IT. Yes, it's hard. Very hard. You'll have a wonderful feeling of accomplishment when you do. Forgive him. Welcome back Tim ! I missed you ! Watched you yesterday morning too!
