Went in and only waited about 5 minutes- love that you can scan all your stuff without having to speak with anyone. The lady who did my bloodwork was good

A picture is worth a thousand words. I fasted for the required 12 hours arrived on time only to be told my doctor did not order any tests. Gee who am I going to believe, my doctor or people who can not even put a sign in the window correctly. Zero stars because they lost the test request. Fortunately there is another lab company in town that take my insurance. I just finished talking to my doctors office part of SSM Health and they state these incompetent clowns are loosing many requests of late. Clearly this is another corporation that exceeds at incompetent customer service to drive profits for the next quarter. I hope their incompetence leads to bankruptcy.
The ladies that work at this place are very quick and helpful! I always had a great experience with this place and continue coming back.
My daughter had to go in to give a urine sample and there is urine all over the floor!!! Completely unsanitary and disgusting! And they were rude when she brought it to their attention!! Steer clear of this one!!
I have used this facility several times and found it to be friendly and efficient. I suspect that negative comments are from a former employee. The check in is easy and I never have to wait more than a few minutes.
