I walk into this location and see that there is five employees on for working. Along with five people maybe six standing in line for over 26 minutes at least I did if not one person walked up to any of us to ask if we needed any help. They have one girl working behind the photocopier center. And poor girl should have been overwhelmed due to not having any help from any of her employers We all sat there/stood there and watched a customer had a price tech problem and not require three employees to help out with that but couldn’t help out with the 5 to 6 people that stood in line for almost 30 minutes without being offered any help. To make matters worse this location didn’t have the correct papers that they said that they had. For me to call the office depot on Chippewa and for them to also stayed over the phone they have the paperwork for a quick claim deed to find out that they did not have the correct paperwork. My entire lunch break plus an additional hour that I wasn’t paid for due to the runaround and lazy employees Do better Home Depot employees On a positive note I called the Kirkwood location and the gentleman on the phone was very nice and assured me that he put me up the correct paperwork that I was told would already been at at the first two stores I’ve visited.

I’ve spoken with the manager, Brian, a couple of times to sort out an issue that was my own fault and he has been completely courteous and on top of the ball! Makes my shopping here a whole lot easier!
I was literally about to place an order to have some sheets laminated, but before I did, I wanted to confirm if there would be an open slit since I was ordering laminated sheets cut in half, so I called the store. The most unprofessional lady answered, as if I was bothering her. She did answer my questions, but at the end, when I thanked her for her help, she just hung up. That was enough for me to NOT place the order. A simple “you’re welcome” isn’t too much to ask for. My phone call was placed at 11:44am on 2/5/2021 if management wants to look up who their rude employee is since a 300 order is just going stay in my cart.
They did an amazing job shrink wrapping my book for me.They were the only place that would do it for me. I am so happy I found this place.
So unprofessional there’s seven employees in view and only two of them are working and the line is nine people long. Why? I asked for some tape and the manager said ok and walked off and hasn’t came back at all. What has happened to this store?!
