The new lady that works there is very rude and arrogant. Wouldnt take my money because it was a little dirty, even though you could clearly see that it was real money. She tried to argue that i wouldnt take that money if someone gave it to me but i guess common sense doesnt apply because how do you think it got in my possession? It didnt grow out my butt. Ive been going here since i was a kid with my mom and now I pay all my bills here as well. Ill be finding somewhere else to go from now on.

They have a new older black lady who wears a obvious wig and she is the meanest person I've met since a recent experience at Drunken Fish in CWE. I came in the OLIVE STREET CURRENCY EXCHANGE, TO PICK UP money, I was told before I got to the Olive Street Currency exchange that all I needed was the person phone number and name. I got to her in her line( one person ahead of me) I gave her my driver's license and the number of the person sending me the money and she pushed it out so hard my information hit the floor, I asked if she was okay, she said \No\ because people like you don't listen, I told you before you need a transaction number, I told her she had the wrong person, because she never told me that , and she should apologize for throwing my items through the glass slide onto the floor, she said I better leave she had enough. So I went to the Currency exchange on GRAND across the street from the V.A. hospital and the Owner or he was the manager (White guy) he was professional, kind and explained the process way better than she had he also said he had heard other people say the same thing about her. I personally will not go into the Olive Street Currency exchange when she is there.

My mom use to bring me with her when I was a kid I loved it. Now that I am order and the same lady works here I wouldn't have it any other way. I come form north county just to cash my check or pay a bill. I love Nessa, yeah she works alone and it might take awhile but, she knows almost everyone that comes in and we are always willing to wait for her. Update: I don’t like this place it’s not the same. My Favorite lady isn’t here. So I will never step foot in this place or any other currency exchange the workers are rude and lazy.

Gave me a broken bill that won't be accepted anywhere else, I keep going back to try to solve this and the really rude desk attendant keeps telling me I have to come by when the person that gave me the money is in, but she can't tell me when that is, so check your money well before you leave!!!
