Had issues with a piece of furniture and delivery times and while it was not Baby Grand's fault in any way, they were flexible, kind and willing to do what they could to get a similar product (better than what we ordered) to us sooner. Excellent customer service.

We had an excellent experience with Baby Grand- we were looking for a double stroller and just didn’t even know where to start. Joe was extremely patient and answered all of my questions- he was very knowledgeable and took the time to tell me the pros and cons of the different styles so I could make the best choice for our situation. I even got to choose if I wanted to have the stroller assembled for me and shipped to my home or picked up in store. They went above and beyond to help me get the colors and accessories I wanted, too! I highly recommend them!

I wish there were more stars so I could raid this business hire. the customer service is probably the best I've seen in any store I've ever been to. They went way out of their way to give us a good experience to ask as many questions to help us negotiate the information they gave us was amazing the store was interesting and had a better selection than some of the big box stores. I could not write this place high enough and will send every pregnant person I know in the future to this store. Thank you guys for being amazing.

Because of the safe at home order I called the store to some help with car seats. Anne was so great, I was overwhelmed with options and opinions from searching online but even over the phone Anne was able to recommend several seats that would meet our needs. I was able to order and have it delivered to our home. I can’t thank Anne enough for sharing her knowledge and expertise.
