Excellent service at the St. Louis Park location. One of their most experienced mechanics (at least in my mind), Dave, is currently working out of this location. I met him the first time during the MS-150 ride in 2016. He was the only mechanic on that event to identify and fix a rather tricky issue with my Specialized bike. Very knowledgeable guy. Bring your bike to this place and ask for Dave. You won't be disappointed.

Sans Mike, the remaining staff treat their customers poorly. As other recent reviews claim, go somewhere else. Terrible customer service. I bought cleats 8/17 from Mike, who put them on my shoes for me, which was really kind. He mentioned cleat adapters after a few minutes of chatting with him about accessories. I was running short on time, so he told me to come back tomorrow (8/18) and I’ll be taken care of. Showed up 8/18 asked for the adapters and brought my shoes. Was told that they’re going to charge me 5-10 to remove my cleats and put them back on. I called them out on their terrible customer service and the guy tried to backpedal saying “Mike must have been feeling generous.” Trashy. Just trashy.

When I arrived in the morning to purchase a bike for my daughter the salesperson was super helpful and sold me a very nice bike. He was knowledgeable and made a few very good suggestions that I followed. I was told to leave the bike with them to get it ready and that they would let me know when it was ready that day and I would receive “curbside” service when I returned to pick it up. When I arrived to pick up the bike, there were 7 customers in line and when I identified myself and what I had been promised, I was told to get to the back of a 7 person line and wait as they were just too busy to take care of me. Horrible service once they got their sale.

Disappointed with their service department & do not recommend. In short the bike was NOT ready to ride or tuned up completely upon payment/pick up. Just get it right the first time guys.
