Free Inspections! I can't believe Joseph from Guardian Chimney climbed up on my terrifying steep roof and looked at my chimney for no charge. It's pretty treacherous up there and I was expecting to have to pay him some kind of fee/hazard pay. I got good advice and will call them in the future when I need a rebuild.

Guardian Chimney Solutions performed a chimney inspection for my wife and I while we were in the inspection period for a recent home purchase. First, I would highly recommend people who are buying an old home to have their chimney inspected. The home we are purchasing had several chimney code violations that would prevent it from being used safely. Guardian provided a thorough assessment and a bid for the work necessary to get it to a place where we could safely have a fire. This better understanding of the condition of the chimney helped us to negotiate with the sellers and will allow us to get it fixed after the winter.
I needed my chimney liner repaired and called several companies to get answers. Each place I called gave me a different solution with different prices. I get that fire dangerous, but damn was it hard to get a straight answer of what needed to be done to have fires safely this winter in my fireplace. Until I called Joe at Guardian. Dude was seriously awesome. Used results from an inspection I had from a previous company to get me a quote (other places wanted to each charge me for their own inspections first even though I already had one done). Sent someone by to evaluate the work to be done in person (at no charge). And then relined my chimney a few weeks later for literally thousands less than all my other quotes. Workers that were here were courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and worked quickly. When I need further chimney work, they will be the only folks I call. Seriously can’t recommend them enough. Such a breath of fresh air in what I learned is an industry that’s apparently hard to get straight answers in. Also managed to squeeze me in mid pandemic, last minute, at the busiest time of the year. Thanks!
Well done Guardian Chimney!!! I was the beneficiary of a hail claim on my roof and chimney. My insurance company called Joe at Guardian which started a positive chain of events that resulted in a professionally installed chimney chase and chimney sweep. The gentlemen that executed the services were professional and easy to work with. One of the best parts of working with Joe is efficient and prompt communication, much appreciated!!!
