GE listed this company as a third party to repair my refrigerator under warranty. They were suppose to call me within 3 days never did so I had to call them. Guy who answered the phone spoke so fast and requested I send him a email of the model number but said his email so fast I could hardly get it written down and I asked him to repeat it he said it even faster. Since I couldn’t make out the email I went on their website to try and get someone to email me so I can send it that way and I sent two contact request and no reply. Also their webpage is outdated too (links don’t work etc.). When I call their main number I get a voicemail box that says it full. I decided to call GE back and requested another company.

Initial: Missed a repair scheduled by LG. Won’t pick up calls, mailbox is full. update: Jack called me back, a employee has Covid-19 and he’s been swamped . He’s ordered a part. I’ll update this as soon as repair is completed with a final rating Final: Jack came masked and very professional, and nice . kept his commitment of calling me Friday and today with an updated time and confirmation. Was in and out quick and repaired my microwave! **note his scheduler was out due to Covid and is looking for a replacement, so he just needs time. Honestly I see this more as a LG thing than anything as LG should’ve set expectations up front.
Terrible experience! Brought a TV in to get fixed. Didn't hear back. Called and was told that the TV was still being looked at. My wife called several more times and no one answered or called back. I called and the business answered and I was told that I would get a call back in a couple of days. No call back and would not answer further calls. Avoidance? We have given up on getting the TV and only want to wall bracket on the back. No one should do business with this company. Next stop, the BBB.
A one star review is an undeserved compliment for this joke of an operation. Utterly unresponsive and unprofessional. I had an appointment, drove 25 minutes to get there only to find them closed. This is after MONTHS of trying to get a response. If you're thinking of going here, just take some classes and learn to fix it yourself - I promise that will be less time and effort than trying to deal with this epair shop\.
