I can honestly say I had a fantastic experience with this dealership. This is the dealership I bought my van from but I haven't taken my van there since then for any type of service. I have a local mechanic I use. The issue I had this time couldn't be done by my mechanic because the part that was needed was back ordered. I decided to call the dealership to see if they would have better luck getting one. I talked to Brian and he said they actually had the part in stock. Brian was very professional and knew exactly what I needed to have done (I was having something else taken care of while it was there). At one point I spoke with Kathy (almost positive that is her name) and she was very friendly and easy to talk to also. If this dealership was closer to me I would use them all the time for service. Well, and cheaper in parts and labor (it's no secret a dealership is more than a mom and pop mechanic shop).

The service writer named Kyle was exceptional. He was knowledgeable and a very good communicator. I liked that I could text him and get an immediate response. He worked hard to make me a satisfied customer. The tech's work will be judged as the car is driven some. I'm a mechanic myself so I'll know how well the work was performed. Not a criticism, just reality. Thank you South County Dodge for restoring my faith in Dealerships.
