I've got a subscription for delivery of the paper daily for my elderly Dad who's 81 we live in De Soto our carrier has decided not to deliver since February 12 2021.... Yet I still pay and yet everyday he is upset and disappointed cause no paper I've called several times yet remedy I think it's horrible to treat customers as if they don't matter because they are elderly and don't use internet actually want the physical paper they pay for, for theast 30 decade's or so...... Terrible company terrible service

Horrible customer service. My wife and I have taken the Post-Dispatch for 30 years. We appreciate their local news and have especially enjoyed several of the local columnists. My only complaint is that, when a delivery problem occurs, I cannot discuss it with someone who can actually address the problem. Instead, it goes to a customer service contractor (lets call him 'Bob') who sends a message to someone and/or adjusts your bill. If this doesn't resolve the delivery problem, my only option is to call again and repeat the frustrating experience. My choices appear to be 1) Continue my delivery service and hope for something better, 2) Change to the digital-only access, perhaps purchasing a notebook or pad so I can carry my ‘paper’ with me, or 3) cancel my subscription outright. Neither option seems optimal, but it would appear that the owners of the newspaper wouldn’t want their customers on the fence like this. This lack of accountability and connection is a critical mistake for any business, large or small. Further, in an industry which is threatened by new technology, providing horrible customer service seems like a sure-fire way to lose your customer base. Maybe they don’t care….

Absolutely worst place on earth. They’re not a news company. They’re a big steaming pile of garbage.

Delivery problems that can sometimes go on for months while you get a 30% increase to your already expensive bill, customer service that doesn't resolve anything, and grossly biased Liberal reporting. Bad combination!!
