Before coming into the dealership for an appointment that I had scheduled, I requested to see Dan Mann specifically because I had a lot of questions and concerns and wanted someone with his years of experience. The day I made the appointment, I actually got an email from him a few hours later of a video of him introducing himself and showing the car that I was interested in. I thought that was going above and beyond to take a little time out to do something like that before even meeting me, ya know. Made me feel like I was going to get great customer service when I actually do show up to my appointment and I did. Positive attitudes all around. After my test drive, I was sure I wanted the vehicle and Dan made me feel confident that I would pull off with that vehicle and I did. He answered whatever questions I had and welcomed me to call him if I had anymore questions. He’s a real pro and a real asset to the company. Thanks Dan! - Shaun D.

I had an excellent experience at Suntrup Kia. I have been considering purchasing a Stinger for over a year. I finally decided after considering many over vehicles, it was the best combination of performance, price and warranty coverage. Moe was an outstanding salesman. He was professional, not pushy, and he listened to my criteria for making a purchase. We were able to come to terms that I was extremely pleased with. Jarrod took care of getting all the paperwork done in an efficient and professional manner. Once again, he did the standard sales pitch but wasn’t pushy. My wife’s vehicle is off lease this fall so I may be back. The only issue I was disappointed about was having to pay 70 for a duplicated title because I couldn’t locate my original. I offered to file the paperwork at the license office to have a duplicate title mailed to the dealership but was told this couldn’t be done. After buying one of the manufacture's most expense vehicles, I felt this was a reasonable request.

Kia SunTrust is the place to go.! I was in a really bad car situation before I got there. But they honestly helped me. Have you ever went to a car dealership where the salesman was just trying to get more out of you, trying to show you this or that.? Not really trying to help you... Well, If you REALLY want a good sales man, ask for Brandon Wallace. He is AMAZING. He will do all he can to find the perfect car for you. Brandon Wallace, he's your man. He doesn't just treat you like a customer, he will treat you as if you were a friend. He wants to make sure you are happy with your new car, make sure you get the right deals, he is just in all honesty, friendly and welcoming. If I would ever recommend a car place, Suntrup would be the place to go. Thank you for everything, If I could give my experience more than 5 stars I most definitely would. I'm happy with the new 2021 Kia Forte.
