This was just a fantastic experience overall. First of all, Kurt and Amy are extremely responsive and very friendly people. They worked around a couple of scheduling snafus due to the shipping delays we are all experiencing right now. You can see the end results for yourself in the pictures, and take my word for it that the output of the sound and so forth is fantastic. And then there were the little things like in the master bedroom the wires for the low profile TV were smaller than normal, so Kurt actually left to go to a hardware store and buy a thinner exterior strip to hide the wires so it looks more clean. This is an older home and there was a firewall so we could not go through the plaster as hoped but that is to no fault of the business of course. So with the options available, he did a fantastic job. Also the upstairs with the giant TV and surroundsound awesome job at hiding the wires under the carpet and everything. And then lastly it’s just nice to have people that you enjoy communicating with, and are courteous. If you have a big project, people need to be in your home for multiple hours so it’s good not to have someone unfriendly! Would highly recommend. Thanks!

Very professional and knowledgeable! Kurtis came out and installed my 55' TV and sound bar over my fireplace. He was even nice enough to give me a power cable after I couldn't find my original. He answered a few questions I had and went over in detail how to operate everything once it was all setup. He even offered to help me re-arrange my furniture in my living room. Amy in the office is also very responsive via email, she was able to guide me in the right direction as far as what mounts I would need. Very knowledgeable and very good people all around I will be recommending them to any of my friends that need instillation services.

Tech2Call provided us with a quick response. We e-mailed them on a Sunday evening and heard back from them shortly after. Kurt came the very next day and helped us through mounting our TV/sound bar. Great customer service and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them!
Great experience - from setting up the visit with Amy, to the call/text beforehand, to his on-time arrival and the installation of the mount/television to the clean-up. Kurt answered all my questions and showed me some tricks to our tv. Reasonably priced. I highly recommend and will call in the future for new projects.
