I would highly recommend the Law Firm of Thomas SanFilippo & Associates, LLC. I was rear-ended and tried to handle getting payment for my damages from the other guy's insurance company. Eventually, I realized they weren't going to be fair with me and I called Thomas's firm. GLAD I DID. Not only were they were very professional and responsive to my case, they exceeded all my expectations and got a result I would never have believed was possible. It was much much more than their original settlement offer. Take my advice, don't delay. Call these guys. They know what they're doing. Their staff is also very friendly and easy to deal with.

Thomas was absolutely amazing. He listened to the details of my case and recognized he was not the right person to assist me at this time. He told me he would help me find a law firm that may be able to assist me and he did just that. He was a man of his word and contacted other firms to help me find the right person for me. I was in a bad car accident. Someone hit me at an intersection and I wasn't sure what to do, especially with the subsequent claim with my insurance company because the person who hit me didn't have enough coverage. Thomas, Nick and the entire office went above and beyond in working with me for a couple years. They did an exceptional job answering every question I had and made everything clear every step of the way. They did great getting the most money possible under all of the available insurance policies. I couldn't be happier with the end results. Highly recommend! If you get into an accident... don't wait.
