Great place to work and they're hiring by the way. New building is much nicer than the old Federal Records Center was. The National Archives and Records Administration has moved to their new facility up in Spanish Lake, off of Dunn Rd. Many of the Veterans' Service Organizations (VSOs) have offices here as well.

Talked to a representative by phone, who was very helpful and gave me a better understanding of how education benefits worked. Also, gave me useful suggestions, thank you.

Sick and tired of the VA dragging their feet. Have had a disability claim running 6 years now still nothing and my post 9-11 education benefits are always delayed even after receiving everything they need almost a month in advance. They I’ve medicated me to the point of 4 suicide attempts. A private doctor fixed that problem but filing a lawsuit isn’t possible can’t sue the government. So what’s the purpose of the VA system? I’ll tell you what it is, it is an established organization that the fed set up to babysit veterans and give American citizens a warm fuzzy that we are cared for. Hey America the VA is a sham

The automated number does not allow you to talk with a real service rep. I’m extremely disappointed and want my benefits updated...
