I love the staff and convience of the pharmacy right there.
I was referred to EFA (from Project ARK) as I was a low maintenance patient who did not use case management services very much. I asked for resource help two times in a two year period and the case worker told me that I could not longer use their services as I was too high maintenance. My Project ARK case worker noticed my name in the queue after EFA dropped me and she re-assigned me back to her and said she could not understand EFA's actions.
Wonderful experience. The staff is friendly as can be. The free walk-in testing is seriously a life saver for poor folx.
I have been coming to EFA for about 5 yrs. I love Laura S. She’s the best, very friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. I was so glad to find EFA BC where I lived previously in FL there were Many more resources ! EFA does a great job. I really like their new offices and I hope the employees like it as well..you all deserve it!!
