This team is so amazing. I couldn't express the gratitude I have for them. Obviously, they gave me the gift of having a family (2 beautiful wash babies!) but there is so much more to this team. They are so knowledgeable, inside and out! They explain everything and the reason for what we do and when. There are answers immediately. The communication and scheduling and is prompt and accommodating. They treat us like family, they know who their patients are. You won't just be a name on a chart here. I would have 1,000 babies with their help if my life span would allow it. Thank you for everything you guys do as a team!

This facility has been wonderful through what for most people is the most grueling journey they will face. Kindness and compassion has been shown by everyone we have met and dealt with here. I couldn't recommend a better place for fertility and reproductive issues. Denise is the RN I've dealt with most and she is the BEST! She is always there to help, answer questions and calm nerves.

Being able to have a child was always a dream of mine and my wife as well. All I can say is that these doctors and staff worked with us every step of the way and there is no one else I would trust or want to work with. We drove 3 1/2 hrs one way to continue to use them because they treat us like family. Also, we are 2 for 2 with a hundred percent success rate and they've kept my wife and the babies' safety top priority. There is no one I'd want to help me impregnate my wife more then Keenan Omurtag.

Our experience with Wash U was amazing! Every staff member we encountered was amazing. Dr. Jimenez, Dr. Odem, Dr. Omurtag, & Dr. Martin were all super friendly & very helpful! My nurse Denise was probably the best part of our IVF process. She is super organized, always reached out to me & explained everything! Call backs & responses were quick- especially if you use messenger! We are now waiting for our first baby to arrive because of this amazing team! Honestly, if our cycle hasn’t been successful we would still recommend this clinic! Thank you so much Wash U!
