Before I get into any of this I want to make sure to put down that I absolutely do not want any contact back from anyone at this location, not comments left on the review and no personal emails attempting to yet again justify their terrible service. This issue is a couple of years old at this point but my experience was so bad that even now I feel it needs to be said. Hands down worst customer service I have ever received. Due to inept employees I was forced to buy a tire even though the one i brought in was just fine, that tire was then given away to another customer (despite me having paid for it already) because the employee handling it never checked the receipt of the person who received it. I was then told that they would order me a new tire (which took several days and I still somehow ended up paying for it, which means I was now down the price of two tires). It took days and a few more horribly handled transactions before this was finished. After it was all said and done I left a review regarding how terribly this whole situation was handled and got an email back from Rhiannon who pretty much told me I was in the wrong for complaining and that she was involved in every step and how she did such a wonderful job at handling it (which I can assure you she most certainly was not and did not) and then I was attacked for making things difficult for her before she also started bringing her personal situation into the matter. No matter who you are you do not bring issues from your own personal life to work to attempt to justify your bad service/gaslight a customer with a legitimate issue. I have refused to go back since and after hearing from multiple people in the area how badly they were treated I now actively tell people to never go there. I would rather pay extra to be treated like a human being and have my problem solved without having to wait days on end, spending much more than I should, and going back to the store multiple times.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve had. Asked for rotors for a car and was brought out completely rusted and worn rotors. Ken helped me and was rude and extremely unpleasant to work with. Yelling and screaming in his conversation. Would not recommend
Great used part's, great prices. Rob and Heather were very kind and helpful through the entire process. They're knowledge, speed and communication helped me get my traverse rollin again in no time!!! I would highly recommend coming to Ace Auto for parts
