We brought our kitty here for a middle of the night emergency. The doctors and staff were absolutely amazing! These doctors are top notch in my books, the way they were able to confidently and quickly help our kitty and give us the best options for her was amazing. Our cat unfortunately crossed the rainbow ridge during this visit. My husband and I are grateful for the doctors and staff. They were all personable, professional and went above and beyond. This was heart warming during a time that is usually far from it. The process was so peaceful and private with their help. Thanks again to the Doctors and Staff, you are all angels!

Dr. George presented information in a very systemic and easily to understand format. We felt that he was willing to answer all of our questions and he was not in a hurry to move on to his next appointment. Staff were positive, helpful, and encouraging; which helped with the newness of a first appointment and due to COVID it also helped with not being able to go inside with Oscar or meet the Dr. We felt that we were leaving Oscar in very qualified and caring hands. All staff interactions were extremely positive. We felt like we were part of Oscar's healthcare team. Thank you for all that you do!

Very happy with our care here! The staff was very nice & professional. We got answers, treatment & caring staff taking care of our pup. She was a very sick girl. It was a very rough few hours waiting for results but the staff was very thoughtful, good communicators & supportive. We won’t hesitate to seek treatment here again. But I really hope we don’t have to!

Unfortunately, this is the second time I have had to come to Animal Emergency & Referral Center of Minnesota for one of my pets. I was so pleased with the facility and staff the first time I had to come in two years ago for an emergent issue for my rabbit, and he has been doing great since. I recently took in two parakeets while their owner is away at college and unfortunately, one of them had an emergency two days ago and I had to seek vet cares. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the care, compassion and treatment you provided for my newly acquired parakeet, Blue. While a parakeet isn't a typical pet, you provided the same compassion, care and treatment as if she were a dog or cat. Not knowing much about the cares of parakeets, you provided me resources and recommendations on how to provide the best cares for them moving forward. I was nervous that I was going to lose Blue that day, but I am happy to report that she is currently chirping away in her cage with her companion and she is overall doing great. I cannot express how grateful I am for your staff and facility. While I hope to never have to come in again for a pet emergency, it's comforting to know your facility is here if I ever need it again. Thank you so, so much.
