After a service call identified potential larger issues with our furnace Cities One quickly came out and gave us a competitive estimate and got the installation set up for the same week. Adam did an excellent job on the install. He added an extra cold air return box under the new furnace to increase and optimize the return air volume and furnace efficiency. He ensured all duct seams were taped. He was very courteous and informative and excellent clean up at job completion. I have had Cities One install and service my boilers and hydronic in floor heating system with excellent results on two homes. They are my go to HVAC contractor.

My husband and I recently had a gas leak issue. We are so grateful for having found Cities1Plumbing. They were courteous, on time and just did a wonderful job. A previous company wanted to charge us triple but Cities1Plumbing were so reasonable and honest. We had an issue with our radiant in-floor, which is usually difficult to find help. Todd Maul from Cities1 came out and diagnosed our problem, and had it fixed within the hour. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. In addition, he provided a wealth of information on our system. I now know who I am calling every time I have an issue. This was one of the best service providers I have worked with in a long time!
Tom with Cities 1 is awesome! He got my 50 year old home boiler that was barely working replaced with an awesome modern unit that works perfectly. Also had them install new baseboard covers throughout my home and they look amazing! Highly recommend these guys. Very prompt and professional service!!
Our boiler went out over the holidays and the guys at Cities1 did a fantastic job or removing the old equipment and installing a new boiler. The techs were clean, efficient and professional throughout the process. Couldn't be happier.
