If you want to live with rats/mice, just choose here. They are pretty slow to deal with them and they don’t care. Many weird noises come from night and you can never easily fall into sleep. Sounds like scratching the wall may be come from rats/mice, and report it. Maintance is slow for that and they tried to convince you to get used to it. Nightmare place to live it. Also strong chemical smell come from the apartment which is bad also.

Good living community with an awesome atmosphere!!
All utilities including Internet were included at the time of this review being written. Complaints are addressed quickly and fixes happen quickly as well. Plenty of laundry rooms that are cleaned regularly and are located at the end of each apartment “ward” (group of 6 apartments or so). Apartments are small (think tiny stoves) but are perfect for small families. Many other families have kids, so this place is perfect if you have a family. Lots of playgrounds and open spaces for kids to run around and have fun.
The condition of houses is vary. The management and maintenance services are very poor not just personal reason but also the policy itself is illogical. They almost fine you for everything, even through you should not be responsible to the poor house.
I just came to visit my friend who stays at CTC this morning and I parked the car at the visitor parking lot, He had a meeting this morning. During this time I got a parking ticket at the visitor parking lot. Even the meeting was done and he came to the office to get a validated permit for me, CTC still charged 40. I cannot understand it!
