i recently brought my bike into the shop in october to get my bike outfitted for winter biking this year. my bike was not done until 2 weeks after the promised date i would have it back. on top of this they charged me an extra 100 for a tire not listed on the estimate. it seems to be an illegitimate business who is more concerned with financial gain than helping a college student bike to class.

Updated review: I originally gave this store a 2 star review due to the negative experience my boyfriend and I had with the service of the staff and the inspection of a new bike I purchased. The manager reached out to us about our experience and promptly corrected the issue. He also addressed our concerns with the service. That being said, I would recommend this store. The bike is excellent quality, and I am very impressed that they listened to my concerns and corrected the issue without delay.
