Honestly, it was \meh.\ As a vegetarian, I was stoked to find this place and have a different option for lunch. I ordered a wrap that SOUNDED amazing. Upon getting it, I can confirm it was mediocre at best and not worth almost 10. Probably will not be back.
Today was my second time ordering Freshii for a catered lunch at work. The first was for a board meeting of 15 guests and this time was for a training of 60 guests. They arrived on-time, setup out the buffet, included all bowls, forks, napkins, and serving utensils needed, and were extremely professional. Also, they are fabulous at being inclusive of all dietary restrictions, as we have Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian, and Vegans in our group. All I've heard from our guests is rave reviews on how great the food is. They are definitely on my 'go-to' list for catering meetings & events!
Order via Door Dash and Freshii packaged the cold drinks with food causing condensation making the bag rip and food packaging to fail. I sent the food back and called to ask for a refund. The individuals on the phone were rude and mocking, trying to hold in laughter when I was trying to explain what went wrong.
