Very disappointed to have been quoted a full overhaul at 385, only to have my Howard Miller wall clock cleaned and adjusted at “It’s About Time” in Minneapolis for 69!!! If there was a zero star option, that would be more appropriate... Stay away from this crooked outfit!

My wife needed a new watch band and they couldn't supply one due to the size of her current band. Another case of planned obsolescence. They did all they could in trying to find one. Not their fault.
